Think hockey without the ice...

UWH is played at the bottom of a swimming pool. We put on masks, snorkels & fins, then hold our breaths and swim to the bottom. It's played with a weighted puck, short wooden sticks, and a goal on each end of the pool.

Starting to get the picture?

There is no experience necessary and you don't need to be a strong swimmer.

It doesn't matter if you are in shape or not... just come and try it!

This is a fun and exhilarating sport that is very addictive.

The world is playing and so should you!

Coed teams are currently being formed in Ithaca, NY.
